All Maxpeedingrods generators are dispatched from warehouses located in Europe. Orders are processed and shipped promptly so you receive your generator as quickly as possible.

Delivery areas

  • Germany — standard and express delivery
  • Spain — standard delivery (mainland)

Estimated delivery times

The times below are estimates and depend on product availability and your location:

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days
  • Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days (where available)

Faster delivery options may be available depending on your chosen shipping method, often within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order and depend on several factors:

  • The generator model ordered (weight ranges from 12 to 45 kg depending on the model)
  • Your delivery address
  • The chosen delivery method (standard or express)

As generators are bulky and heavy items, additional shipping charges may apply to certain models (particularly the MXR4500i and MXR5500). Free delivery is often available depending on applicable conditions.

Order tracking

After your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • A parcel tracking number
  • A link to track your delivery in real time

Receiving your generator

When you receive your Maxpeedingrods generator, we recommend that you:

  • Check the condition of the packaging before signing for delivery
  • If there is visible damage to the parcel, make written reservations with the delivery driver
  • Open the package and check that the generator and all accessories are present and in good condition
  • Report any issues to customer service within 48 hours of receipt

Returns and refunds

In accordance with European consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your generator (30 days depending on applicable conditions).

To make a return:

  • Go to your order dashboard
  • Select the product to return and follow the indicated procedure
  • The generator must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in a condition suitable for resale

Return shipping costs may be your responsibility depending on applicable terms. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after the return is received.

Important: The generator must not have been filled with petrol. A generator containing fuel cannot be returned by carrier for safety reasons.

Manufacturer's warranty

All Maxpeedingrods generators come with the statutory warranty of conformity (2 years in Europe) and manufacturer's warranty from Maxpeedingrods Inc. In case of breakdown or manufacturing defect, contact our customer service.
